Starting months in advance, our recruitment experts meticulously plan for peak with our clients. By understanding the combined volume variance, and resource requirements to comfortably deliver this, we’re able to understand any upskilling, training and recruitment needs well before time.

It’s really important that 3PLs do not leave it late to prepare for peak – all Team Members need to be in the business, trained, tested, approved and super efficient before peak arrives, not finding their feet in the middle of your most critical time of the year. Staci will never gamble with your business in that way, even if other providers might. As such, we aim to make sure all recruitment and training is complete by September giving time to both settle and speed up before Black Friday/Cyber Monday.

Our strategically placed warehousing facilities and our multi-skilled experts allow us to effectively organise our workforce based on levels of demand, ensuring we can always go above and beyond to meet our clients’ needs.

Staci Flex, which is an initiative that allows people to work the flexible hours that they require, gives us the capacity us to allot more opportunities for Staci Flex workers during the peak season. The Staci Flex warehouse operatives will undergo at least 20 hours of 1 on 1 training, on many different areas of the warehouse, from one of our dedicated operations training experts. They are assessed multiple times before being approved as an expert and beginning work on our client requirements. This guarantees a workforce that is large enough and skilled enough to expertly navigate the peak season.
