In 2021, Staci were awarded a multi-year contract to provide outsourced multichannel fulfilment to one of the world’s leading premium cosmetics brand owners. Looking for a provider that could handle high order volumes and complexity of multiple bulk retailer orders, whilst also scalable to handle a projected triple digit growth trajectory over 5 years, they chose Staci as that partner.

We invested heavily in equipment and infrastructure dedicated to their contract, locating their business at our brand new 100,000 sq ft Fulfilment Centre. Our in house IT team completed a deep system integration between both parties and platforms to handle their 200,000 annual orders, including batch management, multichannel distribution routes, national and international orders and multiple carrier integrations.

As a result of this success we were delighted to be awarded 2 additional logistics contracts with this brand owner, attesting to our commitment to customer service, flexibility and building a longstanding partnership.
