Staci’s preparations for peak begin 12 months prior.

As soon as one peak is finished, we begin analysing ready for next year. We immediately begin looking at any potential improvement areas – what learnings have we taken to help fulfil orders even faster, how can we help clients offer a later Christmas cut off next year, how can we increase capacity to help our clients sell more, and what added value can we bring to help convert next years peak shoppers into loyal customers.
