For some, 90% of annual online sales can be done over November and December, whilst UK parcel volumes exceeded 300 million surrounding this period. Furthermore, Cyber Monday delivered a 6% Year-on-year increase, which for most was the busiest day on the whole calendar.

We provide accurate forecasts to our carriers, and preparing trailer and volume plans so that everything is secured in advance. Forecasting is critical for peak, so our experts take the scientific approach of analysing our clients’ previous peak data and their annual performance data, to ensure forecasts are as accurate as possible for our couriers.

By working closely with our full range of delivery partners we are able to offer not only a high level of performance, but also protected contingencies in the event of force majeure or critical network issues.
