What is Multichannel Logistics?

Multichannel logistics is where a fulfilment company stores your products, receives your customers’ order data, picks and packs and despatches your orders. The key part of multichannel fulfilment is that we can ship your orders into many different channels, for example, your chosen retailers, and directly to your customers’ doors, too.

The Multichannel Logistics Process

In order to maximise efficiency, Staci’s experts will receive your stock, and when an order is placed on your company’s website or a 3rd party website, our experts will pick and pack your orders. This process is made easy by our speedy integrations with all major ecommerce platforms and your business’ systems. We work with a wide range of specialist delivery partners to distribute your orders either directly to the customer, or to a wholesaler of your choice.

B2B Fulfilment

We manage the storage and picking and packing of goods, and we partner with a plethora of trusted retailers to ensure you can put your products in the most convenient place for your customers. This allows us to expertly cater to a multitude of different sectors, including cosmetics, pharmaceutical, retail, home, catering, and many more.

Our streamlined UK warehouse management systems allow us to efficiently keep up with order demand, ensuring your orders are packed correctly for their destination and arrive on time.

B2C Fulfilment

Not only do we deliver to retailers, we also offer bespoke B2C and eCommerce fulfilment services to distribute customers’ orders directly to their door. Our optimised supply chain management systems allow for speedy picking and considerate packing, including kitting and co-packing. This guarantees an efficient process which minimises cost.

We also provide packaging services through Staci Create, who can design, produce, and reorder your packaging lines. This gives you one supplier for all fulfilment components and improves the unboxing experience to create price premiums.

Returns

Here at Staci, we have a variety of options available for returns depending on the delivery partner used. These include; return to store, return to post office, onsite collection, return from Parcelshop, locker or home. We also provide tracking data on returns to ensure everyone is kept in the loop.

Multichannel Logistics Tailored to you

Multichannel fulfilment gives you one place from which everything is distributed, meaning only one line of communication is needed, making everything hassle-free. Multichannel fulfilment also reduces costs – you only pay for one storage space, and Staci offers pay-as-you-use pricing to give you value for money. Staci’s services will manage your inventory for you, and give you access to fulfilment solutions in 9 different countries across 3 continents. We are very flexible – we can provide many added value services to your supply chain, and integrate with all of your systems to create a highly tailored solution you wouldn’t find anywhere else.
