Staci, Europe’s leading multichannel and marketing logistics expert, is soon to begin its 15th year supporting leading spirits brand owner Bacardi Martini Limited and their range of brands including Bombay Sapphire, Grey Goose, Bacardi and Martini.
Over this time both the Staci and Bacardi businesses have evolved considerably, but still the partnership remains extremely strong with both companies committed and excited for the future.
Jay Patel, Head of Customer Planning and Activation at Bacardi Martini, said of the relationship with Staci “Since 2009 Bacardi has chosen Staci as our logistics partner for our point of sale and marketing materials across the UK. As part of this relationship the Staci team provide us with expert advice, systems and solutions to help us better support our customers and strengthen our brand further, particularly throughout the on trade market.”
“For me, quality is key. It’s crucial that the quality of order presentation and the quality of MI and reporting is of the highest standard, and Staci are strong in both of these areas. The insights and recommendations we receive from Staci are very good, and their reporting function is much better than we see from other tools and providers too.”
“Staci’s biggest strength however is their team. The partnership we have them is one of absolute respect and an extremely strong spirit of teamwork. Everyone who supports the Bacardi account is flexible, committed and really puts our business first – they’re a true extension to our own business,”
“I must also commend their availability of added value services too which really helps our business, whilst the sustainability efforts of Staci are much stronger than other suppliers and third parties too.”
“Looking ahead, given the macro economic climate, a big priority for our business and our industry will remain cost control, and we’ll continue to work really closely with Staci over the next 12 months to create further efficiencies and find new initiatives to continually improve for our customers”.
Wayne Chapman, Staci UK Managing Director, said “I am so proud of Staci’s incredible reputation for longlasting client relationships – it’s a real testament not only to the service we provide and our commitment to continual improvement, but also of our culture and our people too.”
“Personally I’m delighted to not only count Bacardi Martini as one of many relationships spanning decades, but also that our teams continue to deliver outstanding service and make life easy for incredible brands such as theirs.”
“Staci is a flexible, highly resilient logistics expert, proven by fantastic relationships such as this, as the likes of Bacardi Martini simply trust us for 15 years to just get the job done”.
