Multichannel fulfilment specialist, Staci UK, has been awarded their fourth ISO certification: ISO 45001.

ISO certifications are international standards, globally recognised, and attesting that a business is running according to best practices.
ISO 45001 recognises that Staci’s systems for managing Occupational Health and Safety are in line with global best practices, with our health and safety assessments and proactive risk management systems reduce the severity and likelihood of hazards occurring in the workplace, leading to reduced workplace injuries, illnesses and accidents, and achieving consistent quality of service.
This certification shows Staci’s commitment to the protection of our team’s health, safety, and wellbeing, and will enhance long-term health and safety performance.

Multichannel logistics expert Staci UK is trialling new AI picking technology, Rabot. Rabot is an AI camera technology that provides visibility of all orders packed, improving efficiency, accuracy, and productivity.
With the help of Rabot, Staci can monitor and adjust processes based on pack rate, time per activity, and ergonomic score. Rabot’s AI captures item, barcode, and OCR data onsite for faster fulfilment, and alerts team leads to pack stations that need help via visible alerts.
Should this trial prove to be successful, it would then open up the opportunity to record and review future orders to give a unique opportunity to analyse at scale, assess any errors, and provide highly detailed solutions to issues. Our overall accuracy will benefit hugely from this, creating a faster supply chain with a lower returns rate, ultimately creating great efficiencies for our clients.
Staci’s UK Operations Director, Ben Whitby, said of the trial: “We’re very proud to already have very high accuracy rates, employee engagement, and productivity at Staci, especially when compared to the industry average. However, Rabot could allow us to take this to the next level should this ongoing trial prove to be successful. The high visibility this gives us over each and every order sent from our warehouse will give us such a large scope for continuous improvement, whilst creating both efficiencies and value for our clients”.
The Rabot platform has been in operation in Staci’s US operations for over 12 months, and it is following this success that Staci is operating a UK trial.
