Wahoo is one of the world’s leading fitness technology brands, helping to create innovative solutions to make hard fought goals attainable. In 2022, Wahoo chose to move their UK supply chain to Staci, for the fulfilment of their outbound B2C and B2B orders, multichannel returns, and technical product repair.

Alongside sister Staci company Base Logistics, Staci provides outsourced end-to-end fulfilment and logistics for Wahoo’s range of smart bikes, smart trainers and fitness accessories, both directly to consumers home addresses and to their portfolio of retail partners.

When Wahoo decided to seek a new logistics provider to manage these requirements, Staci jumped at the chance to provide a solution and show the difference they could make to their supply chain and customer experience.

Choosing Staci, Wahoo were most impressed with the 3 key Staci values; Flexibility, Commitment and Partnership.

Staci created a purpose built logistics solution and prepared a comprehensive implementation plan to ensure Wahoo a seamless transition to their new provider. This included product analysis to determine stock transfer plan, full integration with Wahoo’s systems, and on site technical training for Wahoo’s range of products.

An important component of Wahoo’s requirements are the returns, repair and refurbishment of their technical and technology range, for which Staci provides a team of Product Repair Specialists fully trained and dedicated to the repair of items returned by customers over the life of the product.

Nick Hooker, Senior Distribution Operations Analyst, said “A massive thank you to Staci UK and Base Logistics. A great team of people to work with, enthusiastic and professional – I’ve been immensely impressed by your commitment to our business. Here’s to a bright future!”.

Wayne Chapman, UK Managing Director, said “It’s a real honour to support Wahoo Fitness alongside our sister company Base Logistics. As always, Team Staci were incredibly enthusiastic about welcoming Wahoo into our business, and working with their teams so far has been a true pleasure – we’ve already built a really strong relationship and I’m excited to watch this partnership flourish over the years ahead, thank you Team Staci and thank you Wahoo.

It’s also a great testament to Staci’s logistics flexibility and global network too – with 62 fulfilment centres in 8 countries, this is a great example of Staci’s capability to support logistics for technology and leisure brands.”

Wayne Chapman, UK Managing Director, said ‘Our commitment to improving our sustainable performance is at the heart of our strategic decisions, team member ambitions, and actions all through our business. From the investments we make, the partners we select, the way we work and the behaviours we adopt, we are all as one completely engaged in how we can find ways to support our sustainability and ESG strategy further, and I’m so proud of all of Team Staci for how dedicated they are to growing this on their, our, and our clients’ agendas’

World renowned personal care brand Dollar Shave Club chose Staci as it’s UK logistics partner for product subscription box fulfilment, and claimed the multichannel fulfilment expert delivered “an unreal performance” in managing the product logistics to their valued members.

Dollar Shave Club sought an in country provider with the ability to create multichannel logistics efficiencies, work closely with their team, and provide expertise and support to their teams across multiple territories.

Following on from a seamlessly integrated transition project, Cam McNeill, General Manager – International for Dollar Shave Club, said ‘Working with the team at Staci has been a really big breath of fresh air for us’

“The key benefit is service. To date we have seen that as a result of making the transition to Staci our engagement metrics with our members have improved even further, whilst long term it is a partnership of continuous innovation’

‘Staci’s biggest strength is the transparency, and that’s a real commitment from the team to say exactly what their years of experience has taught them. They’ve quickly learnt and mastered new processes, and I’ve found that really amazing – and without that flexibility to have an open mind and actively want to learn new things I think the transition and ultimately the whole integration would’ve been much more difficult.

‘Staci are immense and they’ve put in an unreal performance – they’ve really changed our engagement metrics to the positive and we couldn’t be happier with the work they are doing’

Wayne Chapman, Staci UK Managing Director, said, ‘We’re so grateful and proud of the relationship we have with Dollar Shave Club – their business and their teams are a pleasure to deal with, and managing their subscription box fulfilment really is the example of a true partnership which we see continuing to grow over the coming years through further innovation and improvement. I’m extremely proud of the whole Staci UK team too, who continue to deliver outstanding service every single day’.
