AUTODOC unlocks UK market potential with new Manchester fulfilment hub
Europe’s leading online auto parts retailer moves closer to UK drivers to elevate customer experience.
AUTODOC has opened its first UK warehouse in Manchester, supported by Radial, becoming part of Paxon, as part of its long-term UK expansion strategy.
The new 7,200 m² fulfilment hub is designed to shorten delivery paths for UK drivers, support faster domestic dispatch and provide scalable fulfilment capacity for high-demand automotive parts.
Radial manages warehousing, fulfilment and transport at the Oldham, Manchester facility, which has capacity for up to 75,000 SKUs and processed around 1,000 orders during its first 48 hours of operation.
- The new 7,200 m² fulfilment hub shortens delivery paths to provide faster service for UK drivers and maximise customer satisfaction.
- The facility serves as the cornerstone for AUTODOC’s long-term UK expansion.
- Radial, the global e-commerce fulfilment specialist, handles warehousing, fulfilment and transport.

- The hub supports AUTODOC’s 7.8 million online parts catalogue by storing high-demand inventory directly within the UK network.
Berlin / Manchester, 04 June 2026 — Autodoc SE, Europe’s leading online retailer of automotive spare parts and accessories, opened its first UK warehouse in late May, in partnership with logistics service provider Radial, which is becoming part of newly formed third-party logistics leader Paxon.
With the addition of this 7,200 m² Manchester facility, AUTODOC now operates five distribution centres across Europe, serving customers in 27 countries.
“The opening of our Manchester facility marks AUTODOC’s evolution from a global webshop to a local powerhouse. By establishing this local heartbeat in the UK, we are combining our massive scale with the speed and reliability of a domestic partner to serve our UK customers even better in the future.”
Dmitri Zadorojnii, CEO of AUTODOC
Keeping British drivers moving in a changing market
As one of Europe’s largest automotive aftermarkets, the UK sector is undergoing significant transformation. With 42.5 million ageing vehicles on the road and rising cost-of-living pressures, more British drivers are turning to DIY maintenance.
The economic pressure is accelerating the shift towards online shopping, while growing EV adoption is creating new demand for specific, trustworthy components.
AUTODOC’s new Manchester facility meets these evolving needs by bridging the digital and local world.
“Our goal is to match the trust and convenience of local household brands, ensuring the right part is delivered with the seamless service British drivers expect.”
Dmitri Zadorojnii, CEO of AUTODOC
A flying start: 1,000 orders in 48 hours
The new setup demonstrated its strength from day one.
At 08:13 on a Tuesday morning, the first live order was placed by a customer ordering safety-critical brake discs and pads bound for Liverpool. The order was dispatched from the Manchester hub on the same day and delivered by 14:42 on Wednesday, less than 31 hours after the click.
“With 41,000 SKUs already in stock in the UK, everyday orders can be processed and dispatched domestically, making the process faster and more reliable than ever. Manchester is the perfect central location with direct motorway access to every corner of England, Scotland and Wales. Partnering with Radial and leveraging their sophisticated fulfilment infrastructure allows us to bypass the complexities of cross-border logistics and ensure a seamless, highly efficient flow of goods directly to our customers.”
Sebastian Bleser, Senior Vice President Supply Chain at AUTODOC
Built for high throughput and future growth
Radial, becoming part of Paxon, manages the logistics at the Manchester site.
“We are proud to support AUTODOC’s UK expansion by providing warehousing, fulfilment and transportation services that meet customer demand for readily available automotive parts, which can be delivered quickly and efficiently.”
Wayne Chapman, UK CEO of Paxon
To support AUTODOC’s online catalogue of more than 7.8 million parts, the operation has been planned around inventory management, warehouse set-up, fulfilment throughput and transport.
This allows high-demand inventory to be held in the UK, helping improve delivery speed, service reliability and customer experience.
“To seamlessly back AUTODOC’s massive online catalogue of over 7.8 million parts, we’ve strategically planned inventory management, undertaking extensive data analysis to plan the warehouse set-up, fulfilment throughputs and transport. This ensures we can optimise the storage of high-demand inventory in the UK. During the first 48 hours of operation alone, we successfully processed around 1,000 orders at the new warehouse.”
Wayne Chapman, UK CEO of Paxon
Wayne Chapman added:
“The partnership with AUTODOC is a brilliant example of how businesses selling high volumes of SKUs can scale quickly in a new country to satisfy customer demand for speed and convenience.”
The new facility holds capacity for up to 75,000 SKUs, leaving significant room for future development. To support high efficiency, the facility uses modern warehouse design and semi-automation.
A logistics foundation for long-term UK growth
For AUTODOC, the Manchester hub is more than a logistical upgrade. It is the cornerstone of the company’s long-term growth strategy in the UK.
Against the backdrop of a transforming automotive aftermarket, AUTODOC is directly responding to shifting customer habits, increasing online demand and the need for faster domestic fulfilment.
By establishing local UK infrastructure, AUTODOC strengthens its market position and continues to expand its European leadership.
Supporting scalable eCommerce fulfilment and logistics
The AUTODOC Manchester hub shows how high-SKU ecommerce brands can benefit from a connected fulfilment and logistics model built around domestic stock, warehouse capacity, order throughput, transport planning and customer experience.
For brands looking to scale in the UK, services such as warehouse fulfilment, logistics services, 3PL services and eCommerce fulfilment can play an important role in improving speed, resilience and operational control.
As customer expectations continue to rise, fulfilment infrastructure is becoming a direct part of the customer experience. Brands need logistics partners who can support stock visibility, order accuracy, fast dispatch, scalable warehousing and efficient delivery operations.

About Radial, becoming part of Paxon
Paxon is a newly formed third-party logistics leader created by bringing together three specialised providers: Active Ants, Staci and Radial.
Together, they deliver complete logistics solutions across X2C and B2B channels, focusing on high-value markets and complex supply chain flows.
The evolution of our business into Paxon marks an important step in building a stronger, more connected global logistics network.
By bringing together the expertise of multiple specialist businesses across logistics, fulfilment and supply chain services, Paxon is designed to provide customers with a more integrated, scalable and internationally connected 3PL partner.
As the rebranding journey progresses, early milestones are already taking shape. In addition to the existing websites of the companies that make up the group, customers can now explore an overview of our combined services and capabilities at paxon.com. This platform provides an early look at how our global network is being unified under a single brand.
Behind the brand transformation sits a powerful operational footprint. Across Europe, Asia and North America, dedicated Paxon commercial teams are already working together to support customers with cross border fulfilment, logistics and supply chain solutions.
For businesses scaling internationally, this means easier access to a broader network of facilities, services and sector expertise through a single group. By aligning our capabilities under the Paxon brand, we are creating a platform that enables customers to expand faster, enter new markets with confidence and operate more efficiently across regions.
The transition is also strengthening collaboration between our specialist companies, bringing together capabilities such as automated e commerce fulfilment, retail logistics, value added services, packaging and supply chain optimisation.
Andrew Scanlon, Head of Sales and Marketing, commented:
“Paxon brings together the strength of our logistics network under one brand. For customers, that means easier access to the scale, expertise and international infrastructure they need as their supply chains grow and become more complex. Our teams are already working closely across regions to support businesses expanding into new markets, and Paxon will make it simpler to connect with the right capabilities across the group.”
Over the coming months, further developments will continue to roll out as the transformation progresses. By Summer 2026, the programme is expected to reach a major milestone with the launch of a single Paxon website, bringing together the services, sector expertise and global infrastructure of the group in one place.
As the Paxon network continues to evolve, the focus remains clear: creating a globally connected logistics partner that combines scale, innovation and operational expertise to support the next generation of supply chains.
In December, bnode launched its new group brand architecture, with bnode as the corporate brand, overarching 3 market brands: paxon, bpost and Landmark Global. In January, Landmark Global came to life. And now…
Our 3PL business begins its transition towards paxon. Yes, Radial Inc./Radial Europe, Active Ants and all Staci brands evolve towards a unified 3PL identity across Europe and North America later this year. It won’t happen overnight. As of today, you will see the double branding of our 3PL brands, the first step on their path to becoming paxon.
The journey starts now. Stay tuned — paxon is coming.

Diversifying for Growth
2024 presented its challenges, but we responded by boldly diversifying into exciting new sectors. We expanded our expertise into homeware and EV charging solutions, demonstrating our ability to adapt and meet the evolving needs of the market.
Perhaps most significantly, we launched our HealthLink brand in the UK, marking our entry into the medical devices sector. This strategic move leverages our state-of-the-art fulfilment centre in Blackburn, which holds ISO 13485 certification – the gold standard for medical device quality management systems. Through HealthLink, we’re now dispatching critical medical devices with the precision and care this sector demands.
Operational Excellence Through Innovation
Our commitment to continuous improvement drove us to introduce cutting-edge technologies throughout our operations. One standout innovation was the implementation of finger scanning technology, which increased our order picking efficiency by an impressive 20%. This technological advancement not only improved speed but also enhanced accuracy across our fulfilment operations.
The real test of our capabilities came during peak season, where we seamlessly managed a sixfold increase in order volumes while maintaining our Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance. This achievement enabled our clients to scale their peak sales significantly, knowing their fulfilment partner could handle the pressure without compromising on quality or delivery times.
Our People Make the Difference
At Staci UK, we believe that exceptional service starts with exceptional people. Our people-first approach has earned us recognition as the Best Large Logistics Company for employee engagement in the UK, an achievement we’re incredibly proud of.
Our Great Place to Work survey revealed a 77% engagement score, reflecting the positive culture we’ve cultivated.
Looking Ahead
Being highly commended at the UK Packaging Awards validates our strategy of combining operational innovation with a people-centered approach. As we continue to grow and diversify, we remain committed to delivering excellence for our clients across all sectors, including cosmetics, consumer electronics, pet care, ecommerce, homeware, EV charging, and medical devices to name a few.
Thank you to our dedicated team, our valued clients, and the UK Packaging Awards for this recognition. Here’s to continued growth and success together.
